Darn It!!
In my eagerness to meet with my knitting friends, I'm a week early this month for GROUP. It's next Tuesday night. :(
Alyssa was kind enough to let me know so that I didn't end up sitting at Border's by myself....

I actually stopped by last night in hopes that someone really did think it was group night.
This has nothing to do with this post, but I just "found" your blog and was reading the archives and found out that we share the same wedding anniversary date! (I've been married longer, but still - pretty cool.) So happy, happy first anniversary!
Oh, and I live in Chicago and am a longtime (but still a novice) knitter anc crocheter. I may consider joining your group after the holidays if a non-imaginative knitter is welcome.
My finals are done, so I should be able to join GROUP again next week!
